1. Download & install

The apps for Windows, macOS and Android are available after you sign in to your customer page.

After signing in, download and launch the app. Android: allow installation from unknown sources if prompted. The programmer connects via USB (Android requires a USB-OTG adapter).

2. Step by step

1

Open the app and sign in with the email and password you received from your administrator. The client then fetches your assigned firmware files from the portal.

2

Connect the programmer

Plug in the WRITE CODE BOARD programmer via USB. The client detects it automatically — status shows as Connected.

3

Insert the module

Place the SFP/QSFP module in the correct slot on the programmer (SFP vs QSFP/XFP). Push it all the way in.

4

Detect

Click Detect. The app reads the module identifier and shows the type (SFP, QSFP, QSFP-DD …) along with vendor and part number.

5

Select firmware

Pick the right file from the list of your assigned firmware files. Filter by module type to find it faster.

6

Program & verify

Click Program. The client writes the EEPROM, reads it back and verifies automatically. Green = done.

Frequently asked questions

The programmer isn't detected
Check the USB cable, try another port. On Windows you may need to restart the app after plugging it in. On Android a USB-OTG adapter is required.
I don't see any firmware files
Files are assigned per account by the administrator. If a file is missing, contact your admin to have it linked to your account.
Verification fails
Is the module in the correct slot? Try reinserting it and run again. Some modules require the right password/write-protection — the admin can configure this per customer.
Wrong password at sign in
Ask your administrator to reset the password in the portal (Accounts → Password).
